Welcome to TUNOジ™ LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you (“you,” “user,” “customer,” or “client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. 


1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you:

All content, products, graphics, text, and materials provided by TUNOジ™ are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.


The name TUNOジ™ and related branding are claimed as proprietary to TUNOジ™ LLC. We assert common law rights and ownership over the name, logos, and branding materials.


“TUNOJI,” “Tunoji Radio,” all visual branding, logos, mascots, graphics, tier names, artist card designs, website assets, and related marks are owned exclusively by TUNOJI LLC.


You may not:

  • copy
  • modify
  • distribute
  • reproduce
  • imitate
  • or repurpose


any TUNOJI LLC materials without explicit written permission.


Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


3. Payment and Billing

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

By purchasing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors such as Gumroad, Stripe, or PayPal) to charge your provided payment method.



4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, products, templates, graphics, guides, text, and materials provided by TUNOジ™ are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.


The name TUNOジ™ and related branding are claimed as proprietary to TUNOジ™ LLC. We assert common law rights and ownership over the name, logos, and branding materials.


Purchases grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital products for personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.


5. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any product or service without authorization.
  • Misrepresent your identity when using our services.
  • Submit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content when interacting with us (ex: submitting forms, reviews, or communications).


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUNOジ™ LLC is not liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Data loss, business interruptions, or revenue loss arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (including Gumroad, Stripe, PayPal, YouTube, or Google Forms).


Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.
